Terms of Service

Effective 16 October 2026

In short: TellyClass is a tool for adults to make lessons and play them on a TV for children. Your lessons belong to you. Upload only content you have the right to use, keep it appropriate for children, and do not misuse the service.

1. Agreement

By using the TellyClass apps or tellyclass.com ("the service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use TellyClass

You must be an adult (18 or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. TellyClass is designed for parents, caregivers and teachers. Children may watch lessons on the TV under an adult's supervision but may not create accounts.

3. The service

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your TellyClass account. Tell us at support@tellyclass.com if you believe someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Your content

6. Acceptable use

You must not use TellyClass to:

7. Limits

To keep the service fair and running, we apply limits. Current limits are: 1 GB of storage per account, 200 new read-aloud voices per day (500 characters each), images up to 10 MB, recordings up to 20 MB and 60 seconds, videos up to 500 MB, and the first 100 pages of a PDF. We may change limits and will show the current ones in the app.

8. Third-party content and services

Lessons can play YouTube videos or videos from links you enter. That content belongs to its owners and is governed by their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party content, and we may stop supporting a source if it changes.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using TellyClass and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these Terms or the law, or puts children or the service at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you why. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we shut it down, we will give reasonable notice so you can keep copies of your own files.

10. Disclaimers

TellyClass is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or work with every TV, phone or network. You are responsible for supervising children while they watch, and for the lessons you create.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you did not keep elsewhere. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. App stores

If you downloaded TellyClass from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is not responsible for claims about the app; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You also agree to the app store's own terms of use.

13. Changes and law

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TellyClass after that means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
